Wazee Crane offers crane and hoist inspections through our service department. As a part of these inspections, we will:

• Inspect structural welds
• Confirm the proper operation of brakes and geartrain components
• Confirm proper operation of electrical circuitry
• Check wear of components such as brake pads, wheel flanges, and rail
• Check for proper crane alignment to assure there is no binding
• Inspect wire rope and hooks (dye penetrant test if necessary)
• Check for proper labeling
• Check lubrication levels

All of our inspector are trained on our new computerized inspection system where we can send a laptop computer with the inspector to assure everything necessary is inspected. We're also experts in servicing cranes with the ability to discern between a minor problem and a problem that presents a real safety hazard and must be immediately addressed.

When we're done, we will send you a copy of the inspection report printed by our inspection software. It will detail the list of deficiencies in order of priority.
